Revision of 13 August 2026
This is a translation provided for your convenience. The Seller is a sole trader registered in Russia, the contract is governed by Russian law, and the Russian text is the legally binding version. Where the two differ, the Russian text prevails.
This document is a public offer by the sole trader Anton Nikolaevich Miroshnichenko (state registration number 324774600326584, tax number 673210148881), hereinafter the Seller, and contains all material terms of the contract for access to the online course From Prompt to Product.
Under article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation this document is a public offer. Payment for the course constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms (acceptance, article 438 of the Civil Code) and forms a contract between the Seller and the Customer.
The Seller grants the Customer access to the material of the online course From Prompt to Product, hosted in the personal cabinet at jollynomad.ru/en/course/learn, and the Customer pays for that access.
The course consists of informational and advisory material on building and promoting digital products. It is not an accredited education programme and does not lead to any state-recognised diploma or qualification.
The certificate unlocked at the end of the course confirms completion and is not an educational qualification.
Access to the course material under both plans remains with the Customer indefinitely, including after the period of personal support ends.
One lesson of the course is available free and without registration at jollynomad.ru/en/course/free.
Payment is made through the payment service indicated on the course page. The Seller does not receive or store the Customer's card details.
Access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed. Sign-in to the personal cabinet is through the Telegram account the payment was made from.
If access has not opened within 24 hours of payment, the Customer should contact the Seller using the details in section 9.
The Customer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund in the cases and in the manner provided by the law of the Russian Federation, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
If the law of the Customer's own country of residence grants them additional statutory rights in relation to digital content, those rights are not affected by these terms.
To request a refund, the Customer contacts the Seller using the details in section 9, stating the date of payment and the account it was made from. Refunds are issued by the same method the payment was made, within 10 business days of the request.
One lesson of the course is available free of charge at jollynomad.ru/en/course/free — it shows the style and depth of the material before purchase.
All course material — texts, images, video, assignments — is the exclusive property of the Seller.
The Customer is granted the right to use the material solely for their own learning. The Customer may not copy or distribute the material, give third parties access to their personal cabinet, publish the material in whole or in part, or use it to create their own training products.
If access is found to have been passed to third parties, the Seller may block access without a refund.
Whatever the Customer creates while taking the course — their own product, code and texts — belongs entirely to the Customer.
The course is informational in nature. The Seller does not guarantee that the Customer will reach any particular financial result: the outcome depends on the Customer's own actions, the niche they choose, market conditions and other circumstances outside the Seller's control.
The course involves the use of third-party services and tools — development environments, hosting, payment services, AI services. Their availability, pricing and terms are set by their owners and the Seller is not responsible for them. The Customer bears the cost of third-party services themselves; those costs are not included in the price of the course.
The Seller is not liable for interruptions in access caused by force majeure, the acts of telecommunications operators, or failures on the side of third-party services.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By accepting this offer the Customer confirms that they have read the Policy and consent to their data being processed on its terms.
The Seller may amend these terms. Amendments do not apply to contracts concluded before they are published.
Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner established by the law of the Russian Federation.
