Privacy policy

Revision of 13 August 2026

This is a translation provided for your convenience. Data processing here is governed by Russian law, and the Russian text is the legally binding version. Where the two differ, the Russian text prevails.

1. General

This Policy sets out how personal data is processed by the sole trader Anton Nikolaevich Miroshnichenko (state registration number 324774600326584, tax number 673210148881), hereinafter the Operator, and the measures taken to keep it secure.

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law no. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On personal data" and applies to jollynomad.ru and all its sections, including the personal cabinet of the course From Prompt to Product.

2. What data is processed

The Operator processes only the data a user provides themselves.

Through the contact form

  • name;
  • email address;
  • the text of the message.

When signing in to the course cabinet through Telegram

  • the numeric Telegram user id;
  • the name shown in the Telegram profile;
  • the username, if one is set.

While taking the course

  • records of lessons completed and practice checks solved;
  • the text of homework and answers to practice checks;
  • support requests.

Automatically

  • IP address — used solely to limit the number of requests from one address (protection against spam and password guessing) and never matched to a person's identity.

The Operator does not process special or biometric categories of personal data, nor bank card details: payment happens on the payment service's side, and the Operator neither receives nor stores card details.

  • performance of a contract to which the subject is a party (article 6(1)(5) of law 152-FZ) — granting access to the purchased course.

5. Who the data is shared with

The Operator does not pass personal data to third parties, except where the law directly requires it and to the following services used to run the site:

The data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded and stored on a server located within the Russian Federation, in accordance with article 18(5) of law 152-FZ. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of data.

7. Retention periods

  • contact form messages — 1 year from the date of the message;
  • account data and learning progress — for the whole period access to the course is provided, and 3 years after it ends;
  • support requests — 1 year.

Once the purpose of processing is met, or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
  • require your data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or obtained unlawfully;
  • withdraw your consent to processing.

Withdrawing consent to the processing of data needed to provide access to the course means that access ends.

9. Security measures

  • the connection to the site is secured by a certificate (HTTPS);
  • the rate of requests to forms and admin sections is limited;
  • the data files are not reachable by a direct link from the internet.
